Welcome to our flat Mesas Homes, an idyllic place to enjoy the luxury of the Costa del Sol. Just a few metres from the Beach and the beach of El Cristo. If you feel like sailing on the Alboran Sea, very close to the flat is the Marina of Estepona and if you prefer to enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy there are several restaurants and beach bars in the area such as Restaurant El Galeón, chiringuito Paco, Paraíso del mar or La Escollera. The house is on one floor and consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and garden. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with a chaise longue sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV; the dining room has a wooden table with seating for 6 people. The open plan kitchen has all the appliances and everyday kitchenware, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and table linen. The master bedroom is en suite, has a dressing room and direct access to the garden, and is equipped with a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks. The guest bedroom has been fitted with two single beds and has a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. The terrace is covered and has been decorated with two rooms, one as a chill out area and the other as a dining area. In addition to the terrace there is a lovely garden for sunbathing and best of all there are stunning sea views in the background. Our property comes with air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen, bath towels and parking space. For a small extra we provide beach towels for our guests, so you can forget about bringing your personal items. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. The urbanisation has two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, and an indoor pool (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability). There are also sun loungers, a huge garden and a gym with numerous exercise machines and dumbbells. Enjoy the luxury and the Costa del Sol!
