After purchasing a property with us, we take care of rental and investment services.

Our area of operation: the Costa del Sol, including Málaga, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona and Manilva.

Terms: 19% of net turnover + Booking and Airbnb commission + cleaning (paid by the guest). Photos according to our photographer’s price list. We help with preparing the tourist licence and obtaining a police account.
