Who we are

A small team with a big impact

Costa Paradise Estate is a Polish-speaking real estate agency on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia, Spain. We help clients buy, sell and rent property along the coast — from resale apartments and villas to new developments and holiday rentals.

We work as a small team where everyone runs their own cases, from the first conversation with a client to the signing of the contract. If you are looking for a place where your work is visible rather than another cog in a large machine, this may be the right address.

Who we are looking for

Areas where we need support

  • Property sales

    Client contact, presenting listings, running a transaction from the first enquiry to the signature.

  • Rentals

    Long-term and holiday rentals — looking after owners and tenants, coordinating bookings.

  • Marketing and social media

    Content, campaigns and the online presence of the agency and our listings.

  • Client service and office

    Coordination, paperwork, contact with partners and developers.

What matters to us

What we expect

You do not need previous experience in real estate. Knowledge of the Spanish market, a background in sales or in working with international clients counts just as much.

  • you speak Polish and English comfortably; Spanish is a strong advantage
  • independence — we would rather someone proposed a solution than waited for instructions
  • honesty towards the client; a large part of our work comes from referrals
