How much does your help with buying a property cost?
For buyers the whole process is free of charge — our agency fee is paid by the seller. We start with a short, free call and then prepare personalised offers for you. More: Buying property.
Do you have properties that are not listed online?
Yes. We have access to listings along the whole coast, including many that are not published online. Tell us what you are looking for — budget, area, timing — and we will prepare suggestions.
Which areas do you cover?
The Costa del Sol, including Málaga, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona and Manilva. We look for properties for sale and for rent — from beachside apartments to villas. See also our new developments.
Do you help with paperwork and financing?
Yes. We work with lawyers, accountants and banks — we handle the legal formalities of the purchase and help you find financing. Useful guides: NIE number and Spanish mortgages for non-residents.
What taxes and fees do I pay when buying?
In Andalusia a resale purchase is subject to 7% ITP transfer tax, while a new-build bought from a developer carries 10% VAT plus 1.2% AJD stamp duty. Can you manage the rental of my property?
